  2. After form submission, proceed to create your online account to book your stay. Refer to the Boarding Client Login.
  3. This waiver is only step 1 of 4 in booking your stay! (only need to fill this form out on the FIRST boarding stay)

    • Cancellation policy: We require 7 days notice for bookings during our high seasons. A charge equivalent to 3 days boarding will be put on your VISA or MasterCard if appropriate cancellation notice is not given. Payment is required at time of drop off. If you choose to pick up your pet before the departure day, no refund/credit will be issued. **Refund Policy: In the event a refund is granted, a $10 admin fee will be charged.
