Extra Charges
- Nail Filing: $10
- Matting: $25 per 15 mins spent dematting
- Compact undercoat/excessive shedding removal: $25 per 15 mins of brushing
- Late drop off fee (10+ mins late): $15
- Late pick up fee (more than 1 hour after groom): $15
- No show/late cancellation fee: 50% of missed groom price

Dog Sizing
XS: 0-10 lbs | S: 11-25 lbs | M: 26-45 lbs | L: 46-75 lbs | XL: 76-100 lbs | XXL: 100+ lbs
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel within less than 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.
Late Drop-Off Fee: We allow a 10-minute grace period for drop-offs. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be added to your total. If you are excessively late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
Late Pick-Up Fee: We ask that your dog be picked up within 1 hour of being notified of completion unless other arrangements are made in advance. A $15 late pick up fee will apply for any dogs left in our care beyond this time.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, you will be required to pay 50% of the missed groom’s cost as well as the full cost of that day’s service, which must be paid at the time of your rescheduled groom.
